Optimization Process

Multiple characteristics including campaign timing, day of the week, user behavior features are modeled using several advanced machine learning algorithms to maximize user engagement and eventually lifetime value for each user. Post initial installation/customization phase (generally between 5-10 business days), you can start getting real time optimization and list selection recommendations from the Tesseract platform. There are two essential features provided to the users to get insights into the email campaign performance

Optimization Dashboard

Optimization dashboard allows a user to export the campaign list as CSV/excel file based on the optimization run. Users are flagged as emailable based on Yes/No flag. An engagement value score is also provided for each user based on the multiple characteristics. A higher score depicts higher user value for email engagement. Clients can select the entire list for email campaign based on the optimized run or as per their requirement based on the email list and spend constraints for each campaign based on the score.

Analytics Dashboard

Analytics dashboard summarizes campaign results to provide key metrics analysis. It provides engagement characteristics like email delivered, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate etc. over time.
